Introduction

ResWare was developed by Adeptive Software Corporation as a fully configurable title and escrow production system for the real estate settlement services industry. Adeptive built ResWare around action-based workflow automation, allowing title operations to eliminate manual data re-entry across the transaction lifecycle. In December 2020, Qualia acquired Adeptive Software, bringing ResWare into its broader real estate technology portfolio while continuing to operate the platform under its existing brand and support structure.

ResWare's architecture centers on open integration and workflow customization. The platform automates order intake, title search coordination, commitment preparation, closing document generation, disbursement, and post-closing delivery.
