What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. They are used to remember your preferences, support session state, enable analytics, and display or measure advertising.
Cookies We Use
- Essential storage: security and session data where required, plus a local browser preference recording whether you allow analytics and advertising cookies.
- Google Analytics 4: after consent, measurement ID G-LN70TWWQJL records page views and interaction data used to understand site usage.
- Microsoft Clarity: after consent, project xmq5b5x7if records page views and interaction signals such as clicks, scrolling, rendering, and session replay.
- Google AdSense: advertising is currently disabled. If enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to display, personalize, and measure ads only after you explicitly allow advertising.
We do not intentionally load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity before you allow analytics. Advertising code will not be enabled before you explicitly allow advertising. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are granted only when you allow advertising cookies. Rejecting a category sends denied consent signals and removes accessible LawyerAI cookies associated with that category.
Analytics and Advertising Providers
Google and Microsoft process data under their own terms and privacy notices. Review the Google Analytics data safeguards and the Microsoft Privacy Statement, and learn how Google uses information from partner sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or AboutAds.
Newsletter
Your newsletter email is stored in Resend. It is not a cookie. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Your Privacy Choices
Change your LawyerAI analytics and advertising choices separately below at any time. Choosing “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” immediately disables the advertising category while preserving your separate analytics choice. LawyerAI provides this control voluntarily; offering it does not state that a particular privacy law applies to every visitor or activity.
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Provider-side retention is controlled by the applicable account settings and provider policies.
Advertising Consent Platform
Before personalized Google AdSense advertising is enabled for visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, LawyerAI will configure an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform. Until that setup and a valid publisher ID are available, AdSense remains disabled.
