Refund Window
7-day full refund from payment date — no questions asked.
Refund Process
Email editor@lawyerai.directory with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
Non-Refundable After 7 Days
After 7 days, the listing has been published and delivered as contracted. No partial refunds are issued for time elapsed.
Score Changes Are Not Grounds for Refund
Editorial scores are independent of paid placement. If a tool's 5-dimension score changes after the listing is purchased, this is not grounds for a refund. See our Editorial Independence policy.
Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within the current billing period.
